Copp’s Buildall

Copp’s Buildall is a family-run building material and hardware supplier based in London, Ontario, operating since 1877. They serve both professionals and do‑it‑yourselfers through four convenient locations, offering lumber, hardware, flooring, kitchen and bath design, and installation services.

We built a fully custom e-commerce website for Copp’s to support their evolving needs. The new solution integrates with BisTrack and Klaviyo and enables online invoice payments via Moneris. The updated website features new courier delivery options and optimized search functionality with live inventory, in-store bin locations, and intelligent results that include synonyms, variations, and suggested products. Lastly, to streamline staff workflows, we added order logging for easier order tracking and reference.
