Dibbits Landscape Supply

Dibbits Landscape Supply, based in Kingston and Trenton, Ontario, offers a comprehensive range of landscaping products and services. Established in 1970, they have evolved from a small excavation company into a one-stop shop for a wide array of landscaping services and supplies. Since Dibbits’ Shopify solution was lacking an essential BisTrack integration, they sought a solution that could sync website orders with their Webtrack system for quick and easy fulfillment.

We developed a fully custom e-commerce website to address Dibbit’s business needs. Their new solution now includes the mission-critical BisTrack integration, as well as other user-defined fields (UDFs) to pave the way for further system integrations. New features include online invoice payment processing via Moneris, delivery zones with associated rules, and multiple location ordering. The site also contains a helpful “My Account” section where users can access quotes, credit notes, orders, and statements all in one place.

To help streamline the ordering process for end users, we implemented several handy new features, including a custom pickup scheduler, a tri-directional materials calculator, the ability to ‘favourite’ specific products, and cross-referencing functionality to display related products.
